Can I make Reservations? Yes, you can but the cost for a reservation is currently $1 per hour per child and we cannot make a reservation until 5 days prior to date. Why? because the only way for us to stay in business is through booking of Parties. Parties bring in greater revenue than reservations. If we book a reservation it leaves no room for the party-because we only take 1 group at a time. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you rent out gaming systems? Yes we do. please see rate section of our website
Do you offer birthday parties or group rates? For birthday party information, visit the Parties section of our site. For group, after hours or specialty pricing, contact us at sue@powerplaygaming.net with your inquiry. Note that group rates vary depending on time and date.
Do you rent out TV's and an XBOX 360 system with games for a private party? Yes we do, please see Parties section of our site for further information on Bar Mitzvahs and other events
Can I bring food or drinks? Yes outside food or drink is allowed in the lobby.
Can I leave my child with you? If you would leave your child at home alone then yes they can stay here alone. We will make sure that no one bothers your child but we cannot be responsible for making sure your child stays in the building
Can a tournament be held up for players on their way? NO. We will wait 15 minutes after start time IF you call the store and let us know that you're on your way. Other than that, the tournament will either take place on time if there are enough players or will be canceled if there are not.
Is there a parking lot? We do not have our own lot but parking is available at the lot near the new Starbucks and there is free street parking
Do you offer computer repair services? yes we do for $60 an hour - there is a $40 diagnostic fee
Do you sell video games or systems? we sell games & systems - keep in mind the new games will be 5% cheaper but the systems will be priced the same as other stores
Can I bring my own games? Yes, you are allowed to bring your own console games. However, please keep in mind that Power Play Gaming is not responsible for any loss or damage to your equipment.
Can I bring my own accessories (headset/keyboard/mouse)? Yes. Although all of our systems use quality equipment, you can bring your own accessories if you'd life. Power Play Gaming is not responsible for any loss or damage to your equipment.
Are you hiring? No, we are not looking for new employees at this time. we sometimes need additional help for special events and tournaments. Please email sue@powerplaygaming.net with your information
Do you take old games as trade-in for new ones? Yes, we will accept games, consoles and any accessories as trade-in for new games, parties or credit to play. We cannot give you cash for trade-ins but you will always get more from us - we will give you current Ebay value (less transaction cost) for all items
